With the continuously evolving COVID-19 situation, we’re doing our best to guarantee the safety of our staff and community. From closely monitoring updates from the WHO to extensively implementing precautionary measures, our top priority is to run the business as smoothly without compromising on safety. 

 

On deliveries: Our warehouses and courier partners are adapting their respective procedures to ensure our staff and your purchases are safe and secure. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to order volume and shipping delays owing to the current situation. We thank you for your patience and support. 

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased.

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Generally, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping charge: Shipping rate is $10.49

 

Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on the destination and size of the order. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping Locations We currently ship to customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

 

Shipping Delays While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, and natural disasters. We will do our best to keep you updated if any delays occur.

 

Item not received:

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at cs@merchaverse.io.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
