Returns
We are pleased to offer a 14-day return policy. We've made the process as simple as possible -- you simply need to follow these steps:
1. Make sure you are eligible for a return
Your item MUST be in original selling condition, which means:
- The item cannot be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
2. Let us know within 14 days of receipt
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at cs@merchaverse.io stating the reason for your return. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days after receipt of the item.
You will be contacted shortly by our customer support, which will provide you with a return request form.
Please do not ship your return before contacting us. We will not be able to make reimbursements for products shipped prior to making contact with our customer service department.
3. Fill out and print the return form, include it in your return package
Once you have filled out the return request form provided to you by our customer service department, print it to include with your return item.
4. Mail your return to our return address
Make sure you mail your return to the correct address, as indicated on the return form. No need to ship it back by express post -- if you contacted us within 14 days of the delivery date, you're all set!
5. Receive your refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect its condition. If the item meets the return requirements in No. 1 above, we will initiate the refund to your original form of payment.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are usually processed within 3-5 days after receipt, but it may take additional time for the bank to process the request.
